Refund policy
Our refund policy for broken glass on arrival is a picture gets taken of the piece and submitted to richard@smokingcatdistribution.com and we will replace it on the next reorder from the client. In the even the customer needs the replacement earlier the shipping fee would be paid by the customer.
All other items are able to return within 30 days for credit towards the account, as long as the items are in the original condition of arrival to the customer. Defective items that are not covered under the original brand's return policy, will get return labels created and the items will be replaced on the next reorder. Brands that handle their own returns will also handle the defective items from the customer.
